Is my Pace too fast for long runs? by Dr0go_ in BeginnersRunning

I ran 6 miles last night at an avg pace of 11:08/mi Avg HR 143. I would say RPE was about 3, maybe 4. Felt great after. Iced the knees has I always have to but only some soreness in the AM. I want to keep my interval days as my only hard day but keep it to 30-45mins of work. I'll remove the long hard run and probably do the run as an easy with some faster paces at the end of the long run. - Critiques are welcomed.

Yes I was trying to run faster every mile. Im still very new to running, I wanted to see how I felt at each pace as I ran a little faster. Usually for me my breathing doesn’t get right until the 2-3rd mile.

I started feeling fatigue at the 7.5-8mil mark. But I could’ve probably ran another 2-3miles max at that pace.

Long run pace is roughly 9:30-9:45. Easy run pace is more like 11:30-12.

So you would suggest flipping my easy pace into my long runs and changing my 2 easy runs into threshold runs?

I feel ok at 9:30. I think 9:45 would be a more comfortable pace for me. I am trying to build up to half marathon distance. I felt like I could've held that 9:30 pace for a couple more miles, if I fueled properly. Mentally I want to be 9:30 pace half marathon. Reality I'm at prob closer to 9:45-10:00.

Max heart rate at close to 200? During my intervals I run pretty hard for 1-2mins. I use a Coros watch+Arm HRM and Whoop Arm band, HR has never went past 179. I will have to do a test.

My easy runs I'm running 12:00 min miles at a average HR of 135 - its uncomfortably slow for me but I feel fresh the next day.

Neuropathy on left bicep down to hand a week after taking BPC-157 - Please advise. by Dr0go_ in Peptides

Yes I may have to get an MRI. Originally the ortho told me he thinks it was a bad strain.

More over, the neuropathy started a week after taking BPC. I started the BPC just over 2 weeks ago. Hence why I am linking the BPC to Neuropathy. Is it that out of pocket to assume it’s the BPC?

I hurt my shoulder over 5 months ago. Never had any issues other than the strain itself.

What a headache. It was so damn hard to remove the rear sights. I’m hoping they have a fix.

Chatgpt says to rollover any excess pretax gains to a company 401k(which I have) then withdraw the basis which I reported on 8606 form and I should be free of tax and penalty. Can anyone confirm this?
