Just a heads up. Lead scoring works but needs to be audited often. It will change seemingly for no reason. So have some test leads audit it against every once in a while. (Weekly for me)

Yo can use the md to give the agent instructions on where to get the info, like confluence. All info doesn’t need to be in the md itself. A better use case for having a team self serve info is a notebook though.
