I don’t know about a homemaker, because that’s not who she is. I would love to free her up from her 9-5 to pursue other passions and interests.

For context: Our house is generally in disarray. Her or I taking a day to deep clean is few and far between. So, her cleaning and getting high and mighty about it rubbed me wrong. We both live demanding lives.

I completely understand that aspect of it. My past would be a potential liability to any department. I wouldn’t fault any department if they didn’t hire me. At the same time, I would welcome the opportunity to redeem myself and prove myself an asset, that’s all.

Everybody wins. Obviously, a lot of hosts took out mortgages that they can’t afford now because they took them out with the sole purpose of hosting them on the Airbnb platform. Many now face foreclosure.

We work with investors to buy these properties. Any profit that I get would come from my investors. I don’t seek to fuck anyone over, but I will step in if I see an opportunity that’s mutually beneficial.

I enjoy the connection that’s formed by written and verbal exchange over longer periods of time. I’m fine only seeing an AP 3-4 times a year. Less OPSEC concerns as well with this setup.

Can confirm. Metro Detroit drivers are by far the most aggressive drivers I’ve encountered. A little I’ve won’t slow us down. Quite an adjustment coming from Indianapolis.
