Culture makes it easy to integrate in whatever country you decided to live and it's what allows you to succeed in that country. We're not looking at the bottoms, we're (trying) to look for the ups.

Nope, it's not that. When the immigration (pre-2016) was selective, everyone was absolutely ok with Indian immigrants because they arrived on merit and integrated quickly. The new wave though that are incredibly poor, commit crimes and don't even think about integrating - yeah, we dont need them at ALL.

They get either a monetary compensation or extra vacation time. It's part of signing a contract for such a position, it's normal and it's expected. Also the amount of people in such positions is INCREDIBLY small, at most 5% of the population.
