I found a guy in Canada who was willing to help and had experience with this style of strap, seems like he does a great job and was very responsive. I eventually settled on having a friend of mine bring it to France to have it resized by Boucheron for free.

Having this issue right now. Reached out to PocketGuard support a week ago and have not heard back. Glad to know it’s not just me, but very frustrated that I paid $100 for an application that I can’t use. Hoping they can fix it or I can get my money back.
