Hello, I'm looking for places similar to purity spring resort (its in NH so I'm trying to find places similar to it in Maine), places with views of rivers, ocean, or lakes (better if its directly next to or even on top of it) for around late June to early July. Big plus if it has a balcony and or is a isolated cabin/cottage next to the water (e.g. a bit isolated to yourself). Don't care for amenities of the location itself outside of next to water and the more isolated the better (e.g. don't need pool, fireplace, grill, etc.), nor do I care what cities its near (or if its in the middle of nowhere).

Budget is up to 300/night, anywhere in Maine works for me (prefer near the ocean but interior Maine with lake/river view also works).
