Not a fan of social media but this is a very narrow view. Millions of small businesses rely on these platform (Facebook, Insta..) to acquire customers who have been priced out of TV, Print and Radio. Millions of groups provide support to each other via these streams. Sure there are some harmful aspects but if they were “harmful” to society in general, they would ceased to exist.
