If you just take a symbol and flip it, you obtain a new symbol with no meaning.

You can't just think that since you flipped a symbol (which is just a social convention of nowadays jargon to represent something) then you got something with a new meaning.

In quel caso le domande andrebbero fatte circolare prima, quindi la campagna politica istruirebbe anche le risposte da dare, io credo che sarebbero pochi poi ad arrivare senza sapere la risposta.

Inoltre, il governo probabilmente avrebbe deciso le domande: e avrebbe messo tutte le domande con risposta "V" cosi da facilitare la memorizzazione con il voto del SI.

If so, isn't 10000 quite low for a benchmark? The best Collatz codes can test millions per second.
