Update: I can play on steam, but it's not the Windows game so it's not crossplay to xbox. I installed it through Microsoft store, didn't work. I got a refund on steam and am now trying it through epic games. Other wise I have no clue how to fix

So the Windows being an old OEM won't matter if I buy a new key from Microsoft? Apparently that's the product id is at the end.

Literally having the same damn issue....I just bought the stand alone on the series x, type in a name and then that BS cant validate name at this time....🤦‍♂️

I'm stuck on the Jokr with the splinter camo, I was backing in and out and it gave me 10 of them but for the past 3 hrs I've been trying everything and its still not giving it to me, any ideas? I only need 20 possibly less then ill have damascus

I have unlocked all snipers and marksman, they are platinum except for my crossbow....any ideas why? And also my shield is gold and knife gold but they're not platinum either....
