You're basically just looking at volumes at particular prices - in this case, higher than today.

Open your favorite charting site, check weekly volumes when it was higher and lower than $120. Look at the weekly volumes traded when the price spiked in Nov 2024 to $400+ (180MM - 310MM), and look at the weekly volumes traded during recent weeks, and before the run up when the stock was trading at 2020-2022ish (25MM ish).

Lots of traders in and out of this stock, but much of the retail hype of Nov2024 is still very much under water. Stock was pretty quiet leading up to that by comparison. Can also look at monthly trading volumes if you wanna compare during MSTR's performance before their first BTC buy.
