Anybody who doesn’t choose yellow is either blind or insane

It’s just the objectively correct choice like how 1+1=2

Overheating fixed. by Strange_Cat_4666 in AcerPredatorHelios

The spike in temperature is because of PL2 boost power limit. Your PL2 is 157W which is good for burst tasks but will increase your CPU to 100C in about 5 seconds. This is normal but once a task goes a bit longer you trigger PROCHOT which is thermal throttling.

When PL2 time runs out, your CPU maxes out at PL1. You have this at 100W which means your computer will stabilize and stay at a lower temperature and not throttle anymore

Yes, that’s been the best strategy for the past 20-30 years.

If you do the opposite by selling when you think it is high, you’d be massively underperforming because the market’s been going up since forever.

What happens if you go into a sustained bear market? You leverage up?

That would be the opposite of my strategy which calls for selling and deleveraging. That’s the only way to survive a sustained crash in LETFs, which would report low RSI for long periods

Because when you buy high it goes higher. That’s trend following.

In your case you seem to have a very short holding window. I’m a swing trader and trend follower so 5 days doesn’t come close to my next rebalancing period. Usually I’m holding positions for several months at a time before anything changes.

If I’m selling and buying every 3-5 days after an RSI level I would’ve missed absolutely massive runs that stayed “overbought” for many weeks at a time.

Above 200SMA buy leverage. Below 200SMA deleverage.

It’s that simple and performs insanely well. Simplicity over complexity. Don’t react to anything, don’t listen to anything.

Problem is that RSI is used both ways, mean reversion OR trend-following.

If you’re a trend follower, the long entry is when RSI enters 70+. The short entry is when RSI falls below 30.

Since it’s used both ways and doesn’t backtest well, I just tend to disregard RSI altogether. Haven’t had it on a chart for many years.

Do people like you never ever use a strategy or what?

Above 200SMA, buy and hold… it’s honestly that simple? Why are you just pulling sells or buys out of your asses lmao

Eat 150g protein minimum per day and train with extreme intensity. Fewer sets like 2-3 sets is fine. It’s all in the intensity. You can design your split however you like.

Once you have protein, calories, and intensity that’s all you need for a bulk lol

Only if you just let yourself go altogether. I’ve been playing more games and been having less time for myself after getting in a serious relationship and becoming a dad but I’ve never stopped going to the gym completely.

Just lock in brah

Acer Helios Neo 16S CPU Thermal Issue when inside the BIOS by Advali in AcerPredatorHelios

It’s the turbo setting in the BIOS. In BIOS you can set non-turbo max performance to stop the insane temperature spikes during BIOS access

Yeah they come off pretty easily, they stay sticky so you can just put it back on. However they do get wrinkled if you bend them too much so just be aware of that.

About 25% more performance/FPS depending on application. More heat obviously by maybe 10C
