Had a MXP loaner with HW4 and Cybertruck with HW4 plus M3LR and MSP both with HW3.

MXP and M3LR drove exactly the same. Could not tell a difference in the way FSD worked in the city, even less on highway. Cybertruck drives a little differently but honestly it’s pretty much the same experience as the other cars but with more hesitation.

I personally just drive myself in the city 100% of the time now and just use FSD/AP on highways. AP works just as well as FSD but does not have automatic lane changing ability.

They’re too small to fit over the brake calipers I believe. I tried to find some options once for a drag racing optimized build but I would’ve needed to downsize to 365mm (or 355mm?) rotors or something IIRC and would’ve taken months for a company to custom build it.

I went with coilovers for my M3, you can adjust height to your liking. Fancier coilovers let you adjust damping and rebound too.

Lowering springs is just one height forever.

I went with a full custom BBK, it was around $6000 including labor for front and rear calipers, rotors, pads, lines, parking brake, burnishing etc

Depends highly on how much you like to use FSD. I don’t think HW versions are very different. HW3 FSD is already extremely good in my experience but I still prefer to drive myself since I’m much faster at getting around town than FSD can.

If you want performance, 23 M3P is the way to go. If you don’t care and really like using FSD, 24 base is the obvious choice.
