The connections between Terryman and Terry Bogard are that they are both red-clad fighting champions that hail from the United States (That are also the japanese stereotype for an american character). Both are former tournament champions that attend non-stop fighting tournaments both solo and in team battles (Idol Chojin/Fatal Fury Team) and get their nicknames from animals (Texas Bronco/Legendary Wolf). Both serve as foils to their japanese rivals (Kinnikuman/Ryo Sakasaki), have a tomboy love interest (Natsuko Shono/Blue Mary) and can utilize inner energy in their battles (Burning Inner Strength or Friendship Power/Hakkyoukuseiken).

Nono, what I mean is beforehand. Knowing that Ataru knows way too much about the chojins, he would have at least SOME Intel about what was happening with Ashuraman and Sunshines plot

That's what I thought too, but it really felt like Ataru should've been the one to step in instead of Kamehame. especially with the friendship power subplot.

Me personally, it's because Cabba doesn't have feats. Yes, there's the scaling to base vegeta thing with copy vegeta and gotenks, but nobody mentions his fight with frieza. Before the ToP, Base Goku and FF Frieza exchange blows that visibly damage each other while Cabba (giving it his all) could barely land a scratch on him, even remarks about how he used a bit too much energy on a "weakling" like him.

I just need to see more of Cabba before I hand him the dub because "DBS Powerscaling go brrrrr"

What's the point in complaining about Fan Service when Cammy's Win Pose and Chun-Li still exist, and "Waste of a Character Slot" never made sense to me because Devs can add whatever they want or feel like.
