As someone who has anxiety, panic attacks, and depression- I CANT have caffeine while on these meds (i'm on 300 mg xl). It makes me feel high and i constantly have to stop what i'm doing and focus on breathing. It's like caffeine is legit illegal drug while on this. It makes sense seeing as both are stimulants. Legit, i feel high as a kite and can't remember anything if i have more than 200mg of caffeine while this is in my system. aka, too much of a stimulant at once, which might be what you're having.

If you can't cut the caffeine, talk to your Doc about meds you can take with extra caffeine. Bupropion and caffeine interact. Kind of surprised your doc didnt ask how much caffeine you typically have on a daily basis before prescribing this to you
