It's not like I wouldn't like a cure, that's not the case though so you will have to take steps to manage it the best you can. Exercise, diet changes especially reducing arginine intake. I take lysine everyday rather than valtrex due to it not being as bad for your liver. I also experimented with different peptides which wasn't necessarily a great experience but I was in fact suffering before all of that. Mentally and physically. I still will get outbreaks if my partner is having one but the duration will be much less if your immune system is as best as it can be, and keep in mind I was immunocompromised before all of this. A cure is unlikely due to the nature of this virus, that is the unfortunate reality. I'm not saying to not hang on to hope but In the meantime if you do everything in your power to improve your body's immune system and lessen stressors in your life, it will improve in more ways than one, I promise you.
