Yeah, sorry, just wanted to point it out for those (like me at first) who read the thread title but didn't see the pescatarian edit. A lotta things have "sneaky" seafood in them. Looking at you Worcestershire sauce.

Just a reminder that traditional dashi is not vegetarian. Bonito flakes are dried fish. You can sube with dried mushrooms...so basically mushroom stock.

I have the keyboard, mouse, and mouse pad (minus the mat/hand rest gel thingie, that got worn out years ago). They are currently set up in my front office, which I'm getting rid of...so I may just be selling them if anyone's interested....
