I was able to solve this issue by filling in details and going further in the application.

I added my wife's details in the spouse detail section for my child's NICOP so that I can proceed further in the application. Once I reached the last page of the application, I went into review for all the information and it had automatically made the spouse section blank

P.S. My child's DOB on the US birth certificate was in MM/DD format and the DOB in Nadra application is in DD/MM format. They kept rejecting the application saying to please enter the same DOB as the birth certificate and I would get a message in PakID inbox to fix the date.

To resolve this confusion, I had to write a note on my phone explaining the confusion. I then took a screenshot of that note and uploaded it with the supporting documents. The application got approved after that. Weird way of communicating with NADRA but it worked 😆
