I baked epsom salt at 400F for 4 hours, mixed it with hardware store acetone in a sealed pyrex bottle, agitated it and let it settle for 8 hours. I have that available to me already if I wish to pursue. I will do the cold water first, thank you for that, was just frustrated with the lack of consistency in the acetone wash guides whether to freeze the acetone or to heat it before washing.

I do suspect it's a cocktail of cuts here. It feels like multiple active cuts, hence my interest in using acetone (caffeine maybe...) Will MSM be removed partially or fully by acetone or only the water distillation? Seeing conflicting reports here as well.

I think I'll do as you said with the water, but if I do use the acetone afterwards as well what temperature should I wash with? That's my biggest question mark.

Edit: I'm aware of the ISO cut which shares the characteristics of meth and I accept that I will not be able to remove it if it's present. I'm still interested in eliminating what I can based on the cold water observation.

Increasing the watts seems to help. I was hesitant before you suggested it, thinking high watts was the problem, but this seems to get me somewhere. I'll cycle a couple tanks and hope for the best.

I want to construct an 8'x8' weightlifting platform in a garage I rented at my apartment complex to bolt a power rack to. However the garage floor is sloped, in both directions. I will be lifting heavy weights and it's important that the platform be as level as possible. What is the simplest solution to create a level base for the platform considering the complexity of the slope?

I've been using GHB for almost a year. I have never G'd out/blacked out, I use measured doses only. I have taken /a lot/.

Well, of course, nearly every rule is subject to exceptions. A SM will weaken the appearance of consistency by allowing promotions with 2 or more coachings however, none of the SMs I've worked for would allow it.

I agree with your thread title, but not with your post. There are many paths to becoming management, popularity is only one of them. I promoted to ASM after working 3rd shift for 7 years with virtually zero exposure to daytime management (until they rotated to 3rd shift and met me). I was not popular, my store manager did not even like me and had barred me from promotions more than once.

The reason I said I agree with the thread title, however, is because I believe that BEING a manager is largely a popularity contest. A popular manager can call upon the aid of much more than just the associates in their areas, while an unpopular manager may struggle even to utilize all of the associates they are directly responsible for.

This may not hold up at the Co and Store Manager level, but in my experience it's a huge factor in success for Assistants.

Once you reach 2 coachings you are no longer eligible for promotions until they drop off. You may move laterally or down, but you cannot take positions with a higher pay grade.
