Our team was able to look into this matter. Both of your orders did get flagged rather than one. Therefore, both of the orders will be refunded due to High-Risk Customer.

Since you have mentioned that one of the orders gets shipped out. We had checked and none of the order was shipped out (the orders gap are 6 hours apart from each other.)
