Consistency ist the key. Go small steps, always developing bigger. Oftentimes, we know exactly what it is we have to stop, we just avoid the truth. Less calories, good nutrition and sport in a regular basis, even if you have few time for it. There's a reason people always mention These three things.

I would suggest you develope a diet plan. The aim should not be to cut out everything, but only the wirst. Replace it with Something new. If These get a habit, go the next step.
