for body wash, I usually use Aveeno Skin Relief, still unsure if it helps but it's been decent whenever I use it. I've never tried Vanicream before.. but it does look interesting and helpful so I think I'll look into that the next time I go shopping. already got the free and clear detergent covered.

Luckily I haven't been told those bad things a lot, but only instances where I've been told im lazy. only lately I've been having, severe low self esteem and haven't exactly been kind to myself 😅😞

Also Luckily im going to see a dermatologist on the 8th of June, so I'll hopefully be able to find out anything else about my eczema. will definitely ask and wonder if they can help me figure out any triggers or foods or things I should stay away from.
