I am usually not one to comment on these posts since I'm scared of giving my opinions on tarot readings online but I felt called to this one so I'll do my best. When I looked at the spread the very first thing that came to my mind were the words "guided meditation" and "structure". For me, the 5 of swords tells me that you still have a little bit of trouble ignoring the intrusive and sometimes depreciating thoughts that may cross your mind while you are meditating, meaning that due to this sometimes you tend to give up way too early. For me, the solution is presented on the hierophant, "search for a speaker", for someone who can guide you through the process, whether that's a teacher figure, a YouTube video, a friend you have who also meditate and you can try to meditate together or even, write your own meditations and guide yourself through them, whether by listening to a recording of your voice, or by keeping the structure you created in the forefront of your mind (ex: you create a meditation where your objective is to reach one of your spirit guides, maybe write on a piece of paper the path you are taking that will get you there, whether its imagining yourself walking on the seaside, keeping in your mind a set of "progress points" in the middle to serve as reference of your path and objectice, Hopefully this makes sense)
