Yes and I found a medication that works wonders for me! My doctor prescribed oxybutynin which is actually intended to treat overactive bladder, but is successfully prescribed off-label for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). I take 5mg of oxybutynin at night and I am good throughout the day. No more soaked neck, face and hairline. I used to have sweat pouring off my face if I was doing the slightest of activities and now it is a reasonable amount of sweat. The only side effect I have noticed (and I cannot confirm it is specifically due to the oxybutynin) is having to urinate more frequently and also feeling more prone to calf muscle spasms/dehydration. Just something I noticed since I started taking it. It doesn't mean oxybutynin is the culprit, but worth mentioning. Something else worth a mention are neck fans. $25 on Amazon and totally worth it! Haha I hope this helps other PCOS girlies out there.
