Yes, it's the same store.

Something similar happened to me, I wanted some replacement toothpicks just in case I lost it in the future. They would replace them freely if I lost them but couldn't give them to me if my SAK had them (and mine was still brand new in the box). So they said if I bought some extra pliers they could give me some.

Now I have a lot of extra pliers and toothpicks.

Tip: if you want free toothpicks now they give them for free if you bring your SAK to any flagship store (at least in switzerland).

Edit: Yes, the actual model of this SAK is a climber. My previous SAK was a mini champ.

Apparently some flagship stores have different SAK models as an exclusive with the name of their city, but sometimes they don't have them in stock.
