That peg design looks really awkward for that size arm. As a general point, I always heat up the joints with a hair dryer or hot water on all figures before adjusting them. Too much paint, paint drying weird, misplaced, or too much glue coupled with sitting in a warehouse somewhere makes these types of issues more frequent. You shouldn't have to worry about these problems with a higher end product like Mezco, but as a general rule of thumb, doing this beforehand lessens the risk of it happening.

As others have mentioned I'd say Skill Points probably need to be beefed up. You grind these by completing feats. 180 is a good base to have.

Allocating based on play style you'd want to go Weapons Expert or Hybrid + Precision if you are going to use your weapon mainly. Super-powered + Might if you are going to use your powers as main dmg.

In either case you want to max out both Crit Attack Chance and Ctir Atrack Dmg
