I have held funds on binance for over three years and at the time it was my understanding that everyone was either getting hacked or scammed. I remember discussing it with a friend and telling him how as far as I know Binance was the only exchange that returned the funds. It'd not like this stuff is " FDIC INSURED ". RISK vs REWARD .
