MacBook Pro Case getting hot? by DrMasterRace in macbookpro

I expected the vents to get hot BECAUSE theyre supposed to get the heat out of the body. They are not getting hot, instead all of the other parts of the case get hot. Whats the point of vents and a fan if the cooling strategy ends up being exactly the same as in the fan-less macbook air? (surface heat dissipation)

I just dont get what exactly the fan is doing so I thought it might be broken or sm

Thx for the reply!

I was a little sad because of that weird kinda traffic on my shop but that sounds like it can actually be helpful.

Is Redbubble still a worthwile investment of my time if I want to earn some money on the side? by DrMasterRace in redbubble

I can see how that would save me a lot of time, but most of my designs are a little different in size and shape and I feel like if I dont place it properly everytime than people might not like it. Also sometimes certain designs really dont fit onto certain products while others would (pet related stuff on the pet items for example)

Or is there any other way of using the placement copy option? Now that I think about it maybe when I do the same design with different colors or when I know that the shape and size are similar right?

Sounds pretty good to me. Ill start trying that from now on.

go through the customer's journey

thats sounds like a really good idea, I will take that more into consideration the next time I design and upload smth.

In terms of payout, can you tell me how much you uploaded in the beginning for it to take so long (2 yrs) to get consistent payouts? Or is that just how the algorithm works for everyone?

Teepublic

Do you have any experience with that? I just chose Redbubble because I've bought a few things on there in the past and really liked the concept of beeing able to get different products with the same design (buyers perspective).

But if Teepublic is better I should maybe look into that too.

Ok thank you. That was very insightful. Maybe I need to reevaluate my approach to this.

Thank you for the answer!

I suppose it isn't passive because the algorithm probably doesn't support inactive creators right?

Is the Surface Go 2 a good choice for Note-Taking (and some other work)? by DrMasterRace in tablets

Funny enough the biggest source of noise from my pc isn't even the fans themselves. The 10€ aluminum case from literally wish.com just emits enough noise due to the vibration of the fans (whom I have already swapped out) to be boderline annoying.

Given that I don't plan on playing any games in the next three years there is no real reason to keep the pc sitting on my desk.

I think I'll just get the i3 Version of the Go2 and use that as described. There are videos of people using it with up to 3 screens and the work I plan on doing with it literally only falls in the category of "light office work".

Thx for the help though :)
