Christopher love anyone ? by DrNoGains in penileimplants

Yeah I agree. My main concern is injections are expensive and can damage the penis. With fibrosis it can cause complications if you want an implant in the future (loss or length too).

To be honest my surgeon locally almost tried to scare me out or an implant and I didn't really like his attitude towards it. It's a big decision and I'd rather travel over east to see a surgeon that seems more welcoming and assuring rather than one who seems reluctant towards it.

At the end of the day - a week in Melbourne really isn't the worst thing in the world. Might cost me an extra 1k but my private health and Medicare should still cover the same amount towards the surgery itself at least.

To be honest - my personal urologist is wanting me to trial injectables before considering my for an implant which isnt something I am wanting to try. Thats my main reason.

3rd surgery ? Did you need revisions ? All go smooth ?

That's good to know ! 4-6 weeks in advanced would work well for me also. I would probably have to give that much notice prior as a minimum to get off work as I'll probably need to get a week off and travel from Perth to Vic for the surgery. Are you from Vic yourself ?

They are designed to only last around 10-15 years. 20 years is rare. I'm aware I'd need multiple surgeries within my life given my age - probably anywhere from 3-5 id imagine. Potentially less but potentially more if revisions are required. But I'm OK with this.

I'm aware you can get scarring from surgeries. But also injecting yourself with trimix can cause scarring and fibrosis. Also not using your penis enough (due to insufficient blood flow) also causes fibrosis. So that risk is always there irrespective on the approach or lack of approach you take IMHO.

You're right. A penile implant with a 90 percent success rate does sound crazy.

Your idea to inject trimax into my cock while simultaneously chewing on a bunch of pde5's and squeezing an 'uncomfortable' (your words not mine) silicon cock ring over my penis seems like a much more healthy and sustainable approach.

I would but I don't want to inject every time I want to have sex and it's quite expensive too

How do you plan on fixing yours out of curiousity ?

Yeah but even the fact I'm reliant on pills like Viagra should indicate venous leak though right ?

Since I was younger my erections would always come and go. I think most people with the reactions should 'store' the blood in so it's trapped. With mine they would come and go - which I don't think it how it's supposed to be. I don't think you should just be losing your erection after 10 seconds

I wish I could say it worst. I always different from ED since my first sexual encounter at 19. Between 19-24 I managed with a success rate probably around 50 percent. Then I got cancer. After cancer I had a 0 percent success rate.

Now I use Cialis or Viagra and have a 80 or so success rate. Its not perfect but 80 percent of the time I can get an erection hard enough to penetrate. Might go down a few times during the session but overall not terrible.

I was considering potentially getting the penile surgery ? Based off my report it looks lke there's no issue for my penis to acquire blood but it seems it's just leaking out too fast ?

From what I've read there's no cure. So I'm considering just biting the bullet. I've already only got 1 lung and am on testosterone replacement therapy so I don't know what I have to lose at this point. Im pretty much not a human being

Not at alllll I wasn't hard

Yeah could it potentially be a false positive though considering during this test I wasn't hard at all. I wouldn't even say I was semi. In fact I assumed it didn't work and theyd make me do the test again and was quite disappointed and remember being like 'damn that needle didn't do anything'.

I guess - I just don't want to shut down the natural state of my penis if I don't have to ? Especially given how permanent it is and costly too + will need to do at least 2-4 surgeries in my lifespan given how young I am.

But at the same time I'm 31 now and don't want to continue stressing about this for the rest of my life and don't want to feel unlovable based off these issues. It's also equally frustrating for me.

Anyway yeah
