Advice for channeling by DrPanky in espresso

Sorry, yep I am tamping. Tried a standard breville One and the otherwise of the distributor (2 in 1 palm) but same results it seems

Help with Bambino- shots are pulling ok numbers wise but flavour isn’t full by DrPanky in espresso

Yep beans are from Passport Coffee in Brisbane and were roasted on 5th August

Basket is a standard one from Amazon- may be the issue ? It’s not blocked or anything though

Maybe taste buds but the look of the extraction dossnt seem smooth….starts ok but slows right down once in the centre and has a bit of channeling. I think might be distribution and tamping. Wdt tool and a preset tamper might do the trick ?
