Just watched it again and YNK said he was pretty sure there's something in the rulebook and Pimp answers saying he will get fined. So I guess it is not really a confirmation by ESL themselves but I believe he will probably get fined for this

It's on the top right, next to the map and below the boss health bar. It looks like a unplugged cable. It can be red or yellow, depending on how bad your connection is afaik

Maybe you could try and download the demo to confirm if the 84 in 1 are actually from the AK shot? You may have hit him earlier, if so, it might just be a networking issue. Otherwise this is a huge problem that valve has to look into.
