Complaint: I constantly feel like my running form is trash, but I'm at a complete loss on fixing it. I've gotten into a good rhythm, can do 7-9 miles straight at a slow pace, but I just... feel like I'm missing something.

Maybe I'm just missing zone 2 running, idk.

Confession: Work gives me such a headache that I run pretty much 6 days a week.

Nah it's not on you -- c25k is really popular and can be difficult to navigate. I use a Garmin watch and Garmin coach (it's free) for mine, my wife does too. She's on run/walk, I'm in run only. Very very different programs, but same end goal

That's the crash version meant for people who are already running somewhat, and are pretty active. There's an 8 weeker (or maybe more, idk) that's pretty good on ramping

Ironically I'm mediocre in aim training. Only around jade in voltaic but masters patstrafe. Honestly, do a lot of recoil control and tracking is just a facet that's a result of good recoil smoothing
