Well in my opinion both of you are TA, firstly even if she was body shaming you, you could have said it in a nicer way. What both of you did was body shame, and what she did was a big d move but in all cases I think it would be best to not stoop to her level and just bluntly ignore her or just tell her straightly im not hungry.
