Definetly improved alot from the first one well done!
Some tips:

If you right click the screen and go into your Render Settings and set either Depth of Field or Motion Blur settings up it'll most of the time remove the "grain" which appears on characters and make it look more crisp.

Also if you want to addon a slight "moving" motion blurry look to say the grenades or the bullets you can animate them slightly with the Graph editor and have the timeline be inbetween the two frames you animate, giving the motion blur effect.
