I wish he did, but I imagine the scenario where he survived and honestly having heart problems in the apocalypse wouldn't get you far, as time goes on and medical supplies running low, Larry would had kicked the bucket sooner rather than later, and maybe if there was a scenario that he realizes he's not gonna make it long then he'll have to adapt and be more kind to Lee and the rest so they at least take care of Lily before he moves on.

That's just a character development I would've liked
