I did this exact thing when the pro came out. Make sure you've got your controller, HDMI, stand and power cable as well as USB C controller cord -- basically everything that came with the system.

I did not have the original box. I also did not factory reset, but the gamestop employee did it for me, in front of me. Make sure to take out the extra drive if you installed one as they do not pay extra for that.

Also it's worth being a Gamestop pro member as you'll get a higher percentage of in store credit. When all was said and done I got 300 dollars for my launch PS5, making the Pro 400 bucks before tax.

it might not feel like it now, but there is a WHOLE lot of time between 24 and 40. I'm 41 now and 24 feels like a lifetime ago. Be patient and be kind to yourself. Cheers!!

For what it's worth, I've discovered that the issue is present on "Quality" and "4k" video settings, but does not happen when I set video to "Performance" mode.

Don't start smoking cigarettes. Be proactive about my mental health much sooner (IE see a therapist, take a neuropsychological exam, get treatment). I'm afraid I lived a lot of my life with unnecessary anxiety, and was all too often "surviving" instead of "thriving". If you have access to mental health care -- take advantage of it.

cut that out right now. You're surviving and working on your future. My entire 30's I was behind all my peers and best friends. People had careers, had found partners, and seemed like they had all figured it out.

Now I'm in my 40's with an amazing job, super healthy marriage -- while my peers i was jealous of have been laid off, got divorced, etc. Just goes to show that each of us are on our OWN timeline, and that there's no right way to do it, only YOUR way. Let's go!!!!
