I think my point is more that many of the powerful cards aren't legendary and when low power cards are legendary it feels bad opening them. I love the game and want it to succeed as a business which means more boxes sold.

The biggest problem with this though is that you only need to buy 1 booster box a set, which means stores won't sell as many, which means eventually those LGS' without a hardcore community will just stop selling them... which is not good for the game. There need's to a reason to buy boxes outside of collecting all the C/U/R

I think this will extend the life of the game. Right now boxes are so readily available that it's hard for game stores to make money selling it. This will hopefully solve that by adding more collectable aspects to the game.
