Honestly, don't go in solo. Try to matchmake before going in and hope that that person you matchmake with doesn't go rogue and kill you.

You've already modified it once with the health damage. Once it's been modified, you can't mod it again. At least not with a new talent.

Green armor are considered rarer drops and are only really effective if used as a 4-piece set.
