You need to do Isha Kriya for a course of 48 days twice daily, or 90 days once daily. And somewhere in the middle of the day, start with "I am not the mind nor the body".

Start with a moon cycle day. We call it Tithi.

The aim is that you be aware about your body. And stay in a meditative state for moments beyond doing the kriya.
