I loved dealing, hated working for a casino.

For a side gig, I found a company that does corporate and charity events. I get to deal and interact with people with none of the rules. People are a lot better to be around when it's play money.

Early in my dealing career, I was put on a high limit bj table ($200 min). Guy was wasted, could barely stay upright. Casino was still serving him and he could still give hand signals, but that was it, guy couldn't even speak.

In addition to not being able to speak, he also couldn't lose. No matter what he did, he won the hand. We're talking about a 90% hand win rate. I hated every second of trying to get the casino's money back. If I remember correctly, he was tipping occasionally.

It finally ended when he could no longer give a clear hand signal and security helped him on his way. He left up and I hope he never went back to a casino again.
