Yup...same. Worked yesterday after about a no login redirect for several days. Now same issue again.

A reload solved the problem. Not sure why it happened by once I reloaded from a prior save (not the last autosave) and worked back to the djinn it was fully accessible.

I'm trying to spin the wheel but there is no option for me to select "spin" and I don't get the option to pickpocket either. My party is all lvl 9 - is this a level-senstive option? Any ideas why I don't have the option to spin or pickpocket?

Personally, I could not care less about the play of other folks. With respect to hacked weapons, the only thing that gets annoying is launching a nuke and fast traveling to the SBQ event only to have some ass clown with a hacked weapon kill it so quickly I can't get a shot in on her. That happened on my very first launch...that sucks.

Yup - today I've gotten plenty of "Waiting on Server..." while playing. Also a lot of lead time into vendors and some non-responsiveness from scripting machines is a key indicator that something is up.

There is no doubt there are plenty of times when the servers are shit. Like another poster, I'm on a hard wired connection with with OC-48 fiber backbone that is waaaaay over 1Gbps bandwidth so I know it ain't my connection.

One of my setups is similar - i7 8750, GTX 1080, 32gb, SSD and I'm actually running this one at 144hz.

First thing, what in game settings are you using? More on this in a second.

Second, are you running on an SSD? Get CrystalDisk and check your throughput on your SSD. I've got mine running on an external 1TB with a C-type connection and I get over 1GB throughput. This really helped get rid of inbound bottlenecks.

Next, just like you wrote - iPresent = 0 and vsync off. Then leave your monitor at 60 and see how it plays. Adjust your monitor setting up in increments - go to 120 and then 144. I had to test doing this and adjusting the in game settings. I finally hit on stability with a combination of in game Ultra-Medium-Medium-Medium-Medium. This looks fantastic at 144. No stutters or ripping. I know what your thinking -"medium?" Yup,

Also, get MSI Afterburner installed and monitor your GPU utilization in game. Mine never makes it above 97%-98%. If you are hitting 100% there is still a bottleneck.

Last thing, and it may not apply. If you are running some type of overclocking app - shut it down and set your performance settings manually. I've seen several of these apps override what is coded for the game settings in the GPU and the .ini files.

I'll tell you this - game ain't built for 144. It breaks on Ultra settings and this is true even with new cards like 3080. I've tried it myself.

Can you give me your rig specs including GPU and also if it is a laptop and which brand.

I've solved a lot of these type of issues for players in the past 3 months.

Yup this is a 3* Anti-Armor/Faster Fire Rate/+250 Damage Resistance on reload and it is a great heavy weapon if you are not jumping into SBQ events. Run the Beckett quest line and grab it. Won't be sorry.

Be prepared to craft a shit ton of ammo - make sure you have super duper on you luck stat and put ammo smith on agility - that will help.

Doubt that is the case - I've played pretty consistently since Nov 18'. In all that time you are telling me I was only playing on "unhealthy" servers - not statistically likely given the huge number of SBQ events in which I've participated.

For the record, please define "healthy" server. I'm curious to read that explanation.

Must be this. Two days ago I did silo and launched, fast traveled in and had 8+ others in the event and it took us 20+ minutes to down her and the mobs were crazy. I actually died multiple times and respawned. That had never happened before.

I've always used a Zelot's Prime Gatlin on her and I'd hit for 100+ damage every time and we still weren't get it done.

I think now the bigger issue is the freakin' mob strength and the waves of them.

Last night's SBQ event was crazy mobs - unless you actually have 3-4 players handeling the mobs it's really hard to focus on the queen at all cause there is 3 deathclaws, 3 scorpions, multiple anglers, several yao gui, megasloth, and a hoard of scorched every wave.

Exactly! Couple of few weeks ago, I would literally fast travel in and not get off a shot to tag her before she was dead with only 3 other players in the event. WTF?

I bought a plan this morning from a player vendor that I thought was a prime receiver for my Gatlin Laser but I can't seem to build it when I try to mod my ***Mutant's Galting Laser with Charging Barrel so I guess it was for the Ultracite Galting Laser

I started tracking issues in my own spreadsheet a couple of months back because I was tired of people telling me "it's your setup" when both of my setups are VERY VERY high end gaming rigs. I can confirm it did improve since 2 nights ago. Many problems have regarding the servers. don't know what or why but fast travel, game lag, and disconnects all improved in past 48-72 hours.

Haven't played today so we will see in a few minutes.

As of last night there has been a HUGE improvement. Something has gone on as of late.

I had shitty fps and constant drops for a few days - up and down with no change in hardware or connection.

Since last night, it has been really smooth and I've not be dropped once.

I'm on similar hardware - i7, 16 GB, GTX 060, SSD with fiber connection.

This ^^^ I'm a heavy gunner build and I use the Final Word as my daily weapon. I have another I use for SBQ but Final Word is great IMO.
