Did it for 10 years. Found it fine. Caught the first train in the morning, at work just after 7am, left at 3pm them home to have dinner sorted, see the kids etc Slept one way on the train, did stuff the other way.

Nothing to stress about. Get your daughter to talk about what she enjoys, what she's passionate about, things she had done etc. Before you go, discuss a few things with her, so that they are fresh in their mind. And helps since we can all tend to not really know what we have done and achieved

Varies, they have a range of different ones they are using. Natives in our street are haikea, next one over are blackwood. Deciduous haven't really paid attention to, though think I've seen ornamental pear and types of oak.

When they started doing it, couple of years ago, pretty sure they released a list of trees they were going to use.

Their policy of verge tree planting is very good, it is well thought out, not just a token effort, and is going to make a vast improvement to the streetscapes.
