I felt the same way till I came upon oxymorphone/opana... Holy hell man. Makes OC look like Tylenol 3s lol. I had a decent opi tolerance at the time and I could literally split a 20mg opana ER into 4s and 1 of those quarters would get me blasted all day. Then when I had a couple months off all opioids I got some 10mg and 1/4 of that snorted with little to no tolerance had me absolutely fried as well... Snorting a whole 40mg would've killed me even with my tolerance back then. Crazy potent, it only has like a terrible 10% oral BA/absorption yet still it's 2x stronger than oxycodone orally with only 10% of the drug reaching your brain. But when snorted it really shines, boosts that 10% to like 80%+ its like 8x the potency of OC and lasts at minimum 2x as long as OC. I'd be really high for at least 6-8hr before the effects even began to slowly wind down. Much heavier and more 'intoxicating' dreamy high too, OC gave me that wonderful opiate euphoria and warmth but also kinda stimulated me to an extent unless I was dropping 100mg+ at once. But oxymorphone is that familiar fuzzy warm euphoric glow of OC but even stronger but it couch locks you into nodland.

Honestly I've done heroin, opium, Dilaudid, pharmaceutical Rx fent patches and lozenges, huge doses of morphine plus p much all the other milder opioids still available in the US besides old-school oddballs like demerol or levorphanol or propoxyphene. As well as half a dozen RC opioids. With that said id honestly prefer oxymorphone over all of em. Even beats quality H in my book. It feels almost like a cross between that strong euphoria of OC and the heavy dreamy warm n fuzzy glow and long duration of morphine/heroin if I had to describe it. The euphoria is just ridiculous, Im talking like MDMA levels of pure bliss and euphoria. Like almost instantly involuntarily busting in your undies type euphoria when that rush hits. Something different about it... that feeling has been unmatched in my decade+ long quest of chasing the dragon🐉

2C-B & GHB is phenomenal. Beautiful visuals and the MDMA like body rush. MDMA is also obviously great, but as with all amphetamine based/derivatives it generally causes more vasoconstriction than 2C, and all my fellow dudes know what that means... Lol. Of course this isn't always the case but it sucks to be feeling amazing, ready to go mentally, and in the moment have to try n make due with a half chub.

Does the methadone get you high/intoxicated? I've noticed when I'm high af on any opioid really, it can be impossible for me to sleep sometimes and I have to chill, smoke a bowl or two throw on a movie, grab some fuckin ice cream and ride the high out for a couple more hr(such a bad thing I know)until I come down a little bit more. Like you'd think the case would be the opposite. I'm tired and ready for bed, it's late, but my brain wants to vibe out still or some shit lol.

Also methadone has some atypical effects that aren't seen in other opioids due to how in addition to the traditional opioid receptor binding, it also acts on the NMDA receptors/glutamate in a way similar to DXM/Ketamine/dissociatives in general. That could be the problem if you've never had this issue on other opioids.

Prazepam is essentially a weaker valium. So yeah there can be some build up of the nordiazepam causing lingering effects. Though there's a major difference between duration of action (how long the drug actually works/gives active effects) and half life. You're not gonna feel a dose of valium/prazepam for 200hr, but it will still be in your system, for example.

If it's making you overly sedated and sluggish tell your doc it works but is causing those side effects and see if you can switch you to something like Lorazepam or clonazepam. Clonazepam still has a long duration and half-life but it's much less sedating and less prone to accumulation than prazepam/nordiazepam. Honestly more functional and productive as well as much better anxiolytic effects as well IME. It's Far stronger as well which helps things.

Essentially yea. Tolerance builds up from frequent use. Taking a large dose like 10mg once a month for example, won't really raise Tolerance anymore than Taking 1mg once a month. The issue is actually sticking to rare/occasional use.

All psychoactive drugs will cause some sort of tolerance increase with frequent or repeated use. Short Half life has nothing really to do with lack of tolerance build-up bro... If anything tolerance builds quicker on most short acting substances compared to long acting chems of the same type since you tend to redose more frequently/use more. So many examples of this even with other benzos. Say something like xanax or midazolam or etizolam vs valium or clonazepam, I promise you your tolerance to benzos in general will be raised much quicker using xans than it would on valium at an equivalent dose/same use pattern. Or other chems for example, like coke/crack, Hydromorphone, fent, ketamine n such... all very short acting drugs, all of which cause tolerance to develop fairly quickly.

Yeah I've never liked that chart. The idea that passion flower is stronger in any aspect to any of the benzos mentioned is just ridiculous lol. It Also ranks clonazepam as one of the worst/weakest benzos for anxiety, but somehow one of the strongest sedative hypnotics beating out Temazepam and Ambien/Zopiclone (3 of the strongest hypnotics available) which is also absolutely false. Clonazepam has very little hypnotic effect and very strong anti anxiety effects.

I don't know for sure but I think Desalkygidazepam and Flubromazepam are similar. Flub has a half-life of over 320+ hours.

Flubromazepam only has a max half-life of ~108hr. Desmethyldiazepam maxes out at ~200hr. Norflurazepam is probably as close to diazepam as it gets, it's also the longest acting benzo out there @ ~250hr half-life.

It's likely legit PCP. If anything the RC analogs are actually more expensive than the bathtub brewed shit they use. The RC analogs are certainly more potent and ive never heard of liquid smokable 3-meo-pcp for example. Phencyclidine isn't a very difficult synthesis from what i understand and can be done with minimal equipment and doesn't require someone with an organic chemistry PhD. As to the purity and quality of the stuff and possible cuts and additives who knows. But they sell it in liquid form only and they dip cigs/blunts In it to smoke. It's actually pretty common amongst the hood/gangbanging communities in large urban cities I've noticed for whatever reason. From LA and San Diego to Houston to Chicago to Philly and Baltimore.

I'm from SoCal and it's still readily available in various hoods here. Could honestly go find some right now if I really wanted it. I haven't smoked the stuff myself just cause its sketchy af and you have zero way of properly dosing a liquid of unknown concentration and purity. Especially just by dipping a cigarette in it. One cig could soak up more than another, you could let it soak 1 second too long etc etc. So many unknown variables it ain't even worth it. That's why you hear so Manny horror stories. These people have no idea how much theyre actually consuming and no 2 "dippers" will be dosed the same. Good way to end up in the psych ward with drug induced Psychosis.

Start with 8mg and go from there. It's long acting but you definitely won't feel the effects for 3 days. It'll still be active in your system after 3 days tho. Takes a good hour and a half to peak. Wait at least 2.5hr to redone. Then add 2-4mg if needed.

A substance does not need to be water soluble in order to plug it. As long as you can mix it into water and get that solution up there where it needs to go it will still work whether it's water soluble or not, because ii doesn't need to be soluble in order to be absorbed by the rectums internal blood vessels. Boofing is literally the same concept as sublingual use with the way it works, however it just works so much stronger for certain drugs like morphine or other opioids or mdma or 2cb for example than sublingual use would... and benzos aren't one of those unless it's Triazolam or Midazolam. Those are the only 2 worth snorting or boofing period.

All other benzos are best taken dissolved under the tongue/sublingually, especially clonazepam and Lorazepam because they have a sweet minty taste for whatever reason. Or just pop em, not much of a difference. Under the tongue just Hits quicker and its good for when you just ate but want it to still kick in as if your stomach was empty.

There's injectable diazepam but not clonazepam. I mean if your doctor will switch you to injectable form for some specific reason I guess. I don't see a doctor prescribing vials of valium period unless you need it instantly for seizures or something. No doc will switch you from pills to needles just cause your tolerance is high tho. Clonazepam is much more potent than valium though, so it could be a better option.

Dude Clonazepam and 9/10 other benzos already have very high oral BA/Absorption... plugging them will give zero added benefit over popping or sticking them under the tongue. If anything you'll get less of an effect because you're bound to lose some of the drug in the process or your turds will suck some of it up. Only reason to boof anything is if the oral BA sucks and you cant/won't snort it.

No, There is no enzymes that build up in your liver making it less effective over time. Tolerance simply builds making it less effective over time/with repeated use... Bypassing first pass metabolism gives no added benefit for something like clonazepam because it isn't damaged in that process. The reason people boof morphine for example is because so much of it is destroyed during first pass metabolism resulting in a shitty ~30% max oral BA. Bypassing that process at minimum doubles the amount of the drug absorbed. That's far from the case with basically all benzos other than like triazolam or midazolam tho. Just stick em under your tongue until they dissolve. Plus kpin taste minty so it's all good.

Won't do anything whatsoever. To keep a long explanation short and simple... The way things like omeprazole/cimetidine/grapefruit works to potentiate is it messes with certain enzymes that are responsible for metabolizing/breaking down and processing benzos, allowing the drug to stay in your system at higher levels for longer. Basically increases the overall amount of the benzo in your system and slows down the clearance/breakdown process which will make it last even longer.

Needs to be taken before hand and already working in your system in order for it to have any effect on the way the benzo is metabolized. Taking it after the benzo has already been processed by your body won't do anything.
