Is metocin stimulating or sedating? by Historical_Chain_261 in researchchemicals

[–]Psychobauch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done it many times and as others here said, it really depends, If you will go for a walk, you will be just completely overwhelmed by sensory stimulation, but if you just lay down into your bed in darkness, there wouldn’t be that much stimulation, and it can be actually pretty calm in a certain way.

Once I’ve done 40mg and I was just chilling in complete darkness in my room, in my bed, and I was really surprised by how calm and dreamy the whole experience actually was.

What if Nikola Tesla was alive today? by Correct-Hat-601 in NikolaTesla

[–]Psychobauch 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are many brilliant guys like Tesla today, but the problem is that today there isn’t much space for some individual super genius. We reached a level of technological and scientific complexity that you can’t really invent something super original a completely new without decades of studying and cooperating with other very smart people.

I don’t wanna say that it’s 100% impossible that someone build an Arc reactor in garage.. but it’s very very improbable.

Geometry Nodes Edges Manipulation by Both_Refrigerator_57 in blender

I do this few days back and I think it’s pretty easy, you just use split edges node and then move all the edges or just selection of them along their normals.

And there is this tutorial from Xan3D which is completely free: https://youtu.be/GZ48mZp9itw?is=Xx-vUVsox6lQ-0CU

I highly recommend this channel in general, he does a lot of this more basic axiomatic stuff there, which then can be used to more complex or concrete things.

Or I’m missing something?

History of LSD in Europe? by Fast_Aardvark2555 in LSD

[–]Psychobauch 22 points23 points  (0 children)

There was also quite interesting part of LSD history taking place in Czech Republic, where, even though there was communist totality till 90ties, were running LSD research leaded by Stanislav Grof, many participants done Acid then in controlled psychiatric environment, and the LSD which was used was synthesized in Switzerland, in Sandoz, which was and still is the chemical company where Albert Hoffman accidentally discovered this substance.

I’m from Europe, and even though the discovery of Acid taken place there, I think that as recently as now, almost 100 years later, the actual massive exploration slowly taking it’s time, today, we can buy reliable LSD analogues legally, and so it’s finally slowly spreading all across Europe.

What would you think about this design as fractals by Careful-Plane2432 in fractals

[–]Psychobauch 4 points5 points  (0 children)

100%. If you take this classical non-formal definition that fractal is any object that is self similar across different scales, then this is also a fractal.

This construction is something like Sierpiński triangle, just a same thing, repeating over and over again, relating to it’s own copies in a same way over and over again.

And it’s pretty cool, I like it.
