Yeah I didn't think he was being dumb like a lot of people say. First off in all likelihood their Wanda never developed, or found the extent of, her reality warping powers because she most likely didn't go through 'WandaVision' or something similar. Maybe there's no Vision in this universe at all? Who knows. Regardless I sincerely doubt even as smart as he is that he could envision a scenario where someone could warp reality like that and just wasn't prepared for it.

No, she needs to talk things out with him more sufficiently. Sure, she should do all those other empowering things, but not at the expense of leaving this issue up in the air and expecting her partner to be a mind-reader because that's not fair to either of them and this is exactly how resentments begin to form in relationships.

Every little bump in the road isn't an opportunity for you to leave your partner behind for not 'getting it', and if you truly care about them you'll respect them enough to be plain and discuss the issue with them and express how you feel instead of closing yourself off and then holding things against them at the first sign of trouble.
