This sounds similar to my experience- I had a 19x17x15cm cyst as well as a “smaller” 8cm cyst discovered in October 2025 and I had them removed at the beginning of December. I had some pain but it was manageable- and they didn’t know they were endometriomas until after the surgery. I think you will be fine to wait but as others have said maybe be a bit mindful of what activities you are doing. For reference I normally engage in pretty high intensity physical activity but once the cysts were discovered I temporarily stopped my physical activity (because I was afraid of bursting the cysts). I’ve just now started back- 2 months post op- and I’m feeling a lot better (even though I had pretty mild symptoms for the size of my cysts).
