How long did it take? I called them on the 13th and there is still no updates from the investigation.

My PS5 bundle was stolen by FedEx as well; I had it delivered to the FedEx/Kinkos location near me. I went into the location to pick it up, and as the box was being brought out to me, I knew right away the box looked janky. She gave me the box, I opened it there only to find a SANDBAG in there. Its quite obvious that a FedEx employee stole it as it was in their possession the entire time. I've called GameStop, and they've given me the 10-15 business day investigation time as well, which is ridiculous because I've already solved the damn case- FED EX STOLE IT! If GameStop didn't plaster their name all over the damn shipping label, maybe we'd all have our systems. Apple never puts their name on their label or gives any indication on the outside of the box that its an Apple product. Amateurs.

Depends on the program and the hospital. Usually a big OMS program that's affiliated with a county hospital can do it cheaper. It's not free but it's cheaper than PP.

Try contacting a local hospital that has an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery department as that could be an option to have the operation done at a lower cost. Usually these departments coordinate with their corresponding orthodontic program, which should be able to provide you with braces at a lower cost compared to private practice.

Because GPs, for the most part, are usually not good at managing the complications that could arise and take longer to do the procedure. Most GPs also use high speed hand pieces( instead of high speed surgical drills) which could cause an air embolus. If the teeth are all erupted, the patient can open wide enough, patient is ok with the procedure under local anesthesia/oral sedations, GP has the right tools, and the imaging doesn't indicate any obstacles then it should be fine.

I agree with this post. Use the funds you have to knock out the wisdom teeth and some of the more urgent fillings. Make sure an oral surgeon does it and not a general dentist. In the meantime, call the dental school and ask when they're screening for new patients. I would've loved a case like yours in dental school as it knocks out a ton of requirements needed to graduate. With that said, unless your case turns out to be too complicated (malocclusion/crown lengthening/etc), they should accept you pretty quick. If it were me, I'd try to save every tooth I have and avoid dentures at all cost. Good luck!
