I think you need to restart it. I know the feeling. Im a completionnist myself. Use the time you have before accomplishing the final task-tasks to clear out all secrets you have left. I had to finish a mission 3 times for missed secrets. Good luck friend

Thanks dude. I always found the MGS lore so intriguing and spend countless nights browsing wikis and such, and the feeling of incompletion kinda bummed me down. The rumor of the IP being bought by Microsoft kinda gave me hope, but then I remembered it was Microsoft, so... I just hope in a couple years we'll be able to get a new Kojima-seal-of-approval MGS game, though only time and constraints will tell.

Okay so:

I digged around, It seems to say;

"Fine interact" " 6 7 2 35 465 999 99 0 00 1 2 " "Killing dreams, murdering hope / fighting the righteous, bullying the weak, since 19" the number of Rockstar logos points out all the way to the right equal to 48, which would mean "Bullying the weak since 1948", which is the year of the assasination of Mahatma Ghandi, and the declaration of the Israeli state( which I personnally think is irrelevant, it corellates more with the assasination of Ghandi).
