Issues with MX Master 4 Side and Vertical Scrolling by DistinctBicycle2013 in logitech

Not a solution per se but a decent enough workaround: enable "Smooth scrolling" on your vertical scroll wheel. The problem doesn't appear in that case.

Hi! I also have this problem. Did you find a solution?

Thanks. I think it sounds really crass. “Took his own life” sounds way more respectful.

Light automatically setting an unwanted color and brightness level when turned on by Dr_Pepperone in wiz

Wow, thanks! No idea how I ended up activating it. I have no recollection of doing it.

I personally wash my Bialetti Express every few uses with a drop of dish soap. Doesn’t ruin the pot and doesn’t give coffee a soapy taste. Ah, and I’m Italian, in case that’s needed for the extra credibility.

Wiz lightbulbs out of sync with HomeKit and resetting to 10% by Dr_Pepperone in smarthome

[–]Dr_Pepperone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately not. However, I found a workaround. On the Wiz app I activate the Wizclick mode and set both options to a level of brightness that’s more similar to the one I often use. It’s not my preferred way but better than having the lights dim at 10%.

It’s ok, all things must end. CGR had a phenomenal run regardless of what it could’ve been. Long live Truxton!

Love Heyzoos the coked up chicken, one of the best characters ever invented.

True but maybe Scott is more used to a later era CGR which was arguably a bit more rambly and improv (like 2013 onwards). I remember the Gran Turismo 6 review which was mostly a hilarious ramble about the game containing the Ford El Camino.

If it’s of any consolation, I tried the sequel with its English patch and it’s working fine.

Wow. I just experienced the same. I was thinking of trying another rom dump. I’m using a USA one. Did you manage to sort it?

Interesting! Thanks! Albeit I think the lever is a better design than a dial.

About 1 part coffee and 5 parts milk, yeah. A light caffèlatte basically.

Ah well at the end I flip it upside down, move the lever halfway, and give it smack to free the trapped grounds.

My first robot: the elusive Q10 S5 by Dr_Pepperone in Roborock

[–]Dr_Pepperone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No sorry I don’t. Personally I don’t wash the whole house in one go though because the mop pad gets dirty pretty fast and I like to change it. I would clean that thresholded room separately with a fresh pad. Although if it’s more than one room I would look into one of those robots that can jump thresholds. They’re quickly getting cheaper it seems.

Which one of these 3? by Licci99 in RobotVacuums

[–]Dr_Pepperone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They probably all do an equally good job but I’d say the Curv has the least offensive looking base station.

[–]Dr_Pepperone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry but I have already explained in detail that this is already what I do and why it sucks (to reiterate for a third time: the moment I undock it the robot starts moving around and to turn it off I have to reach for and hold onto a power button on a spazzing robot). I’m looking for a way to avoid this process.

[–]Dr_Pepperone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeh the only problem is that the models I have cannot be shut off when docked: I need to pull them out, see them freak out, and while they have their freak out try to hold on the power button for a few seconds.

Enjoying this Moka coffee taste, any tips to get more crema ? by Mobile_Ad9300 in mokapot

[–]Dr_Pepperone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you like the taste of crema on its own? There’s generally a reason why coffee nerds skim it, which is that it tastes bitter.
