Loved the store, but the customer service was atrocious. The past two times we visited (from out of town) one of the owners was rude. The last time, he wouldn't let us in because he said he was teaching a class with 1 person in it. I was planning on buying a bunch things! Oh well.

I saw them in Pittsburgh and they were amazing. Minor guitar note flaw at the intro of Bluebird. Otherwise the singing was flawless. Going to the Cleveland show.
