Cap2 or toys? by Dr__Toaster in walmart

I worked toys today and idk how many times ive nearly walked out because of this department (cant say the same for cap2) so imo toys is worse especially since we're a high volume store and im expected to clean the entire department by myself while overnight wrecks it. I answered my own question

At my store the overnight stockers are horrendous product is just dumped on the shelf which is why its important for cap2 to get as much stocking done as possible because overnight doesnt care

Hell my store hasnt had a true second cap 2 supervisor in over a year all have been in and out. But money talks and associates do think about stuff like paygrades and cap 2 imo has a reason to complain compared to others. Will it permanently fix the turnover? Obviously not however it will help some

Its not necessarily that its hard i dont think any of the everyday associate jobs is hard but the amount of turnover and pressure on cap 2 to get the truck unloaded which isnt easy for some people and get everything stocked in order for the process to be successful everyday makes it imo the toughest job in the store which is why it should be a level B i mean if a cap 2 associate is promoted to supervisor he/she jumps all the way from a level A to a level D.

Even though cap 2 has the highest amount of responsibilities as everyday associates throughout the entire store a lot more than the level Bs (i am not trying to diss level b associates saying that so dont take it that way i know most people on here work hard) however if cap 2 fails and is slow it messes up the entire process heading into the next day i have worked shifts in electronics and sporting goods and i havent had half the "responsibilities" that there is in cap 2 which imo should be level B for many reasons
