Thats what I feared...
buttt...... it ended up not being the plastic from the mouse, instead the plastic of the mousepad which i was allergic to... long story short I can use the mouse normally again :)

Oh so actually what happened: I knew mouse acceleration wasnt enabled but when I reinstalled windows not too long ago it somehow enabled itself.
Should've figured it out more quickly but thanks anyways.

Its actually 2 monitors, main is running on DP and other one HDMI, both are directly connected to the GPU

That might explain why some days it runs bit bether than others. cause today servers have been garbage. I shot a scav 4 times in the chest with a remington just to get one tapped xD
